    Deepu Talla is the Vice President of Robotics and Edge AI at NVIDIA, where he is responsible for deploying AI technology in autonomous machines and intelligent devices, such as humanoids, industrial ARMs, mobile robots, intelligent video analytics, and factory automation. Previously, he was responsible for NVIDIA’s mobile business unit. Talla holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

  • Ed H. Chi

    Ed H. Chi is VP of Research at Google DeepMind, leading machine learning research teams working on large language models (from LaMDA leading to launching Bard/Gemini), and universal assistant agents. With 39 patents and ~200 research articles, he is also known for research on user behavior in web and social media. As the Research Platform Lead, he helped launched Bard/Gemini, a conversational chatbot experiment. His research also delivered significant improvements for YouTube, News, Ads, Google Play Store at Google with >950 product landings and ~$10.4B in annual revenue since 2013.

     

    Prior to Google, he was Area Manager and Principal Scientist at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center's Augmented Social Cognition Group in researching how social computing systems help groups of people to remember, think and reason. Ed earned his 3 degrees (B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.) in 6.5 years from University of Minnesota. Inducted as an ACM Fellow and into the CHI Academy, he also received a 20-year Test of Time award for research in information visualization. He has been featured and quoted in the press, including the Economist, Time Magazine, LA Times, and the Associated Press. An avid golfer, swimmer, photographer and snowboarder in his spare time, he also has a blackbelt in Taekwondo.

    Adam White has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He is currently Division President of Infineon’s Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) division, and previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of this division. Prior to Infineon, he was International Rectifier’s Executive Officer and Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales, holding the responsibility for all demand creation activities throughout direct, distribution and representative sales channels globally. Since joining International Rectifier in 1996, Mr. White held a number of engineering positions within the company’s R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing teams.

    Pankaj Sharma serves as the Executive Vice President for Data Centers, Networks & Services at Schneider Electric.

     

    The Data Centers, Networks and Services division provides complete physical infrastructure solutions for data centers, distributed IT environments, and industrial applications. In his position, Pankaj is responsible for leading all global functions including strategy, commercial operations, marketing, R&D, supply chain, services, finance, and human resources. He manages teams in numerous countries across Asia, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, driving overall growth and profitability.

     

    Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Home & Business Networks (HBN) line of business from August 2016 to December 2019. In this role, he was responsible for the future strategy, product and software landscape, and leading a global team of R&D, quality, software, program creation, and product management professionals.

     

    Prior to this role, Pankaj served as the Regional VP for APJ, where he held responsibility for overseeing the business strategy across East Asia, Japan, India, and the Pacific – totaling 17 countries. Through his leadership, he ensured businesses across the region maintained a strong focus on customers and partners. He led the team of regional leaders and Cluster VPs in countries to develop customer-oriented processes, deliver innovative energy solutions in data centers, and build successful relationships with Schneider Electric stakeholders.

     

    Since joining Schneider Electric in 2000, Pankaj has held a variety of roles including Business Vice President for India, Japan, South Korea, and East Asia; as well as roles in marketing & sales, strategy, and HBN & channels for the APJ region. Based in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States, Pankaj’s achievements include leading his team to turn around APW President’s rack business in India (a company acquired by Schneider in 2011), among other successful M&A activities performed for the formerly known, Secure Power Division.

     

    Prior to joining Schneider, Pankaj worked with GE in the Services area and began his career on the shop floor manufacturing CNC machines.

     

    Pankaj is a six-sigma green belt and ISO9000 certified auditor.

He now leads the Dell and Whitebox server businesses, focusing on next-generation solutions in AI and general compute infrastructure to keep the company at the forefront of emerging technologies.
